FOR OUR RETIREEES

  • Increased Retiree Medical Trust from $4 million to $5 million dollars a year
  • Increased Retiree Medical Reimbursements from $500 to $550
  • Assisted in passage of the Social Security Fairness Act: Ending WEP & GPO reductions and restoring thousands of dollars in benefits in Social Security for our Retirees
  • Actively lobbying for the passage of COLA bills in Harrisburg with PA FOP

IMPLEMENTED NEW INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Completed first ever electronic survey for Active Members to provide input for 2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement with 50% participation
  • Launched new communication channels for Members to stay updated via text and email with constant updates
  • Re-branded 3 new websites with focus on marketing assets and adding more resources for our members

HISTORIC $5 MILLION GRANT FOR THE PPD AND PUBLIC SAFETY
