As a 33-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department and your current FOP Lodge 5 President, Roosevelt “Pop” Poplar has dedicated over two decades to fighting for the rights, safety, and well-being of our members. Over the past few years, we’ve faced unprecedented challenges, and together, we’ve made strides toward improving officer support and safety in our city. Now, Roosevelt is running for reelection to continue leading with the same dedication and commitment to positive change.
